Stephan Conrady (above left), master organ builder, is also an accomplished organist and frequently plays concerts at our church.  He has restored the Hall organ to its original grandeur.  Such upkeep of a fine instrument requires funds.  All donations help.  You can designate that your funds be applied to Pipe Organ Preservation.

Created especially for the new church, the pipe organ that graces our church was built at some point near 1920 by The Hall Organ Builder Company of New Haven,  Connecticut.  It features 700 pipes and still has it original blower from the early 20th century, which according to master organ builder and restorer Stephan Conrady is "amazing." It has a sweet, French romantic sound, which fits its intimate setting, he adds

The Harry Hall Organ Company was established by Harry Hall in 1898.  Born in Horsham, Sussex, England, Hall worked for Hook & Hastings of Kendall Green, MA, before founding his own organ works.

The L & B Girls Country & Gospel Band

Our Magnificent Hall Pipe Organ

Once a month, we hold a special Fellowship Dinner with music provided by the L & B Girls' Country & Gospel Band.  We are so pleased to have Lori & Brenda as our guest musicians.  They've done shows with Opry star Fred Templeton in Nashville, and, most recently, invited to play on the Tommy Reed show in Texas.  Come join the fun!

Launched in 2009 as The Little Green Pantry, the Winooski Food Shelf has grown, we are sad to say, from feeding 12-15 families once a month to serving about 250 households or 700 plus people three times a month. The need for a supplemental food program for Winooski residents was apparent then. Now it has become a critical service within the community.  Staffed entirely by volunteers, the Winooski Food Shelf operates under our 501 (c) 3 registration, which means that all food and cash donations are fully tax deductible.Although we see the Food Shelf as one of our most vital missions, we do not require church membership.  The Winooski Food Shelf does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. For more information on the Food Shelf, please call 802-655-7371, email winooskifoodshelf@gmail.com, or click here

Other Activities

We are proud to play an active part in the community.  Each year, we provide a venue for Winooski's Waking Windows Celebration.  Occasionally, we'll sponsor organ or choral concerts.
